Philip A. Balogun is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), with additional certification in PMI Risk Management (PMI-RMP). He is a Chartered procurement professional (CIPS) and a multidisciplinary infrastructure and WASH specialist with extensive experience delivering high-impact projects across humanitarian operations, public sector, and private industry. He combines strong technical delivery with stakeholder management, systems thinking, and capacity-building to help organizations achieve measurable results.
